Program Structure 课程体系说明
Pillar Bible Institute offers structured non-credit religious training programs organized by instructional units. Each unit consists of approx. 1.5 instructional hours. The complete program consists of approx. 360 instructional hours. 本院提供系统性非学分培训。课程以“教学单元”计（约1.5 小时）。整全培训课程总计约360 小时。

100 Series – Faithful Believer Foundation 100 系列——忠诚信徒装备课程
▪ Main Content: Salvation and Assurance, Devotional Life, Evangelism and Personal Testimony, Essential Christian Doctrine, Biblical Overview, Worship and Stewardship, Discipleship Training.
主要内容：救恩与确据、灵修生活、个人布道与见证、基要真理、圣经概览、崇拜与奉献、门徒训练。
▪ Goals: Establish faith foundation, cultivate devotional life, equip basic church service skills.
培养目标：建立信仰根基、培养灵修生活、装备教会基础服事能力。
200 Series – Small Group Leadership Training 200 系列——小组同工装备课程
▪ Main Content: Small Group Leadership, Practical Hermeneutics, Foundational Theology, Old and New Testament Book Studies, Christian Family, Mentorship Training.
主要内容：小组带领、实用释经学、神学基础、新旧约书卷研究、基督徒家庭、门徒带门徒培训。
▪ Goals: Equip small group leadership skills, enhance biblical interpretation, strengthen pastoral ministry foundation.
培养目标：装备小组带领能力、提升圣经解释能力、强化教牧服事基础。
300 Series – Elder and Deacon Development 300 系列——长执同工装备课程
▪ Main Content: Ministry Philosophy, Church Administration, Advanced Theology I, Biblical Counseling, Old Testament & New Testament Studies, Spiritual Leadership.
主要内容：事奉哲学、教会行政与管理、进阶神学（一）、圣经辅导、新旧约研究、属灵领导力。
▪ Goals: Establish church governance skills, cultivate spiritual leadership, strengthen theological discernment.
培养目标：建立教会治理能力、培养属灵领导力、加强神学辨识能力。
400 Series – Pastoral and Ministerial Training 400 系列——牧长传道装备课程
▪ Main Content: Homiletics (Preaching), Sacramental Practice, Pastoral Leadership, Advanced Theology II, Apologetics, Major Biblical Book Studies, Ministerial Life Formation.
主要内容：讲道学、圣礼实务、教牧领导、进阶神学（二）、护教学、圣经重要书卷研究、事奉生命塑造。
▪ Goals: Equip preaching and pastoring skills, cultivate spiritual oversight character, establish doctrinal defense skills.
培养目标：装备讲道与牧养能力、培养属灵监督品格、建立教义辩护能力。
