Mission & Purpose
Pillar Bible Institute exists to provide affordable, non-degree biblical education and leadership development for individuals serving in local churches and Christian ministries.
The Institute delivers structured theological instruction primarily through online learning platforms. Instruction is conducted primarily in the Chinese language to serve students seeking formal biblical training in that language context.
The mission of the Institute is to equip faithful servants with sound doctrine, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry skills for effective service within the body of Christ.
The Institute does not grant academic degrees. It provides certificates of completion upon satisfactory fulfillment of program requirements.
使命与宗旨
柱石圣经学院旨在为在地方教会及基督教事工中服事的人士提供可负担的、非学位性质的 圣经教育与领导力培训。
学院主要通过线上学习平台提供系统性的神学课程。教学语言以中文为主，服务希望以中 文接受正规圣经训练的学生。
学院的使命是装备忠心的服事者，使其在纯正教义、属灵品格与实际事奉能力上得着建造，更有效地在基督身体中服事。
本学院不授予学位，仅在完成课程要求后颁发结业证书。
Statement of Theological Position
神学立场声明
Pillar Bible Institute affirms the Holy Scriptures as its supreme authority and acknowledges the following doctrinal convictions as the foundation of its teaching, governance, and spiritual life.
1: We believe in the self-existent and eternal, one true God. He exists in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—who are one. He is the Creator of all things and the Sovereign Ruler of the entire universe. (Eph 4:6; 2 Cor 13:14; John 1:1-3; Matt 28:19)
2: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Word made flesh, being fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He sacrificed His own life, shedding His blood on the cross to redeem mankind from the bondage and penalty of sin. He rose from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, serving as the Mediator and High Priest for believers, interceding on their behalf. He is the Head of the Church; He will return from heaven with the believers to defeat Satan and the Antichrist, establishing a Millennial Kingdom on earth. After the millennium, Jesus Christ will judge the living and the dead, followed by the entrance into the New Heaven and New Earth. (Heb 1:1-4; Isa 53:4-7; Heb 4:14-16; John 1:18; Rev 19:11-22:5)
3: We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He descended on Pentecost; His role is to glorify Christ, convict people of sin, and lead them to repentance and regeneration. The Holy Spirit dwells within believers, guiding and empowering them to live holy and victorious lives, and uniting them as one body in Christ, which is the Church. The Holy Spirit bestows gifts upon believers, equipping them to serve God and the members of the Body of Christ. (John 16:13-15; Acts 2:1-4; Eph 4:11-16)
We believe that God still performs signs and wonders today to manifest His glory and mercy. We also believe that the workings of the Holy Spirit will never contradict the teachings of the Bible; therefore, in exercising the gifts of the Spirit, we must adhere to biblical instruction. God requires that all things in our gatherings be done decently and in order, for God is not a God of confusion but of peace. In all things, we have absolute faith in God and submit to His absolute sovereignty. To preserve the unity of the church and to edify all believers, we do not practice or teach controversial spiritual gifts (such as speaking in tongues, prophesying, mandatory or formulaic divine healing and exorcism, and other controversial matters) in church gatherings. (Mark 10:27; John 14:13; 2 Tim 2:13; 1 Cor 14:40; 1 Cor 14:32-33; Phil 4:6-7; 2 Cor 12:9-10; Matt 26:39; Matt 6:33)
4: We believe that mankind was created in the image of God but lost spiritual life through rebellion against God. Since the fall of our first ancestors, humanity has become sinners living under the wrath of God. Only through sincere repentance and acceptance of the salvation brought by the blood of Christ can sin be washed away, and through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit, one enters the Kingdom of God. Salvation is entirely by God’s grace; the failure to receive salvation is due to man’s unbelief. Man is utterly powerless to save himself and can only be saved by trusting in the redemption of Jesus Christ through faith. The once-and-for-all redemption of Christ Jesus ensures that those who trust in Him are eternally secure, for the Holy Spirit never leaves the believer, Christ saves believers to the uttermost, and the love of God the Father will never be separated from the believer. Therefore, a believer’s salvation, sanctification, and glorification are entirely by God’s grace, and the redeemed have no cause to boast. (Gen 1:26; Gen 3:6; Rom 5:12; Rom 3:10-12; Rom 8:38-39; Gal 2:16; Heb 7:25; Heb 10:14; John 3:36; John 10:28-29; John 14:16; Eph 2:8-9)
5: We believe that all the words and all parts of the Old and New Testaments are divinely inspired by God. The original manuscripts of the Bible are the inerrant Word of God and are absolutely trustworthy. The Bible is the complete revelation of God for the salvation of mankind, guiding people into life, and is the supreme standard and authority for Christian faith and conduct. (2 Pet 1:20-21; 2 Tim 3:15-17)
6: We believe that all people will be resurrected after death. Believers will be resurrected to life and enjoy eternal bliss in heaven; unbelievers will be cursed and cast into hell, suffering the eternal death of the lake of fire. Both heaven and hell are everlasting. (1 Cor 15:12-13, 42-44; Rev 20:11-15)
7: We believe that the devil, Satan, is an evil spirit who works in the hearts of the rebellious. He is the root of all evil and sin and will ultimately face the judgment of eternal punishment. (Rev 20:1-3, 7-10)

我们相信神在今天仍然行神迹奇事，为要彰显他的荣耀及怜悯。我们也相信圣灵的作为必然不会违背圣经的教导，所以我们在操练圣灵所赐的恩赐时，也必然遵守圣经的教导。神要我们在聚会中，都要规规矩矩的按着次序行，因为神不是叫人混乱，而是叫人安静。我们在凡事上，对神有绝对的信心，也顺服神绝对的主权。我们为保守教会的合一与造就众信徒，在教会的聚会中不操作也不教导具争议性的属灵恩赐 (如：说方言、说预言、强制性和公式性的神医和赶鬼、及其他争议性的事情)。(可10:27,约14:13, 提后 2:13, 林前14:40, 林前 14:32-33, 腓4:6-7, 林后 12:9-10, 太 26:39, 太 6:33)
4: 坚信世人是照着神的形像被创造，但因叛逆神而丧失灵命。自从始祖犯罪，世人便成为活在神忿怒之下的罪人。人惟有借着真心悔改，接受基督以祂宝血所带来的救恩，罪便得以洗净，幷且透过圣灵重生进入神的国。人得救完全是神的恩典，人得不着救恩是因为人的不信。人全然无力自救，唯有以信心信靠耶稣基督的救赎才能得救。基督耶稣一次的救赎使信靠他的人永远得救，因为圣灵永远不离开信徒，基督永远拯救信徒到底，而且父神的爱永远不与信徒隔绝。所以，信徒的得救、成圣、得荣耀完全都是神的恩典，蒙恩的信徒无可自夸。（(创1:26, 创3:6, 罗 5:12, 罗3:10-12,罗8:38-39,加2:16, 来7:25,来10:14, 约 3:36,约 10:28-29, 约14:16, 弗 2:8-9）
5: 坚信新、旧约圣经的所有字句及所有部分都是神所默示的。圣经原文是神无误的话语，是绝对可信赖。圣经是神拯救世人的整全启示，引导人进入生命，也是基督徒信仰及行为的最高标准及权威。（彼后 1:20-21；提后 3:15-17）
6: 坚信世人死后都必复活。信徒会复活得生命，幷享天上永恒的福乐；不信者会被咒诅及扔入地狱，承受火湖永死之苦。天堂与地狱都是永久的。（林前 15:12-13, 42-44；启 20:11- 15）
7: 坚信魔鬼撒旦是邪灵，在叛逆的人心中作工。他是所有邪恶和罪行的根源，最终会受永刑的审判。（启 20:1-3, 7-10）

Pillar Bible Institute operates under a governance structure designed to ensure doctrinal integrity, administrative accountability, and faithful stewardship of institutional resources.
柱石圣经学院设立清晰的治理架构，以确保教义纯正、行政责任明确及资源管理合宜。
The Institute is governed by a Board of Directors and administered by the President.
学院由董事会治理，并由院长负责日常行政管理。

The Board does not engage in daily administrative operations.

The President serves as the chief executive officer and principal administrative officer of the Institute. The President is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and implementation of the Institute’s mission. The President reports directly to the Board of Directors.
院长为学院最高行政负责人及执行主管，负责整体领导、行政管理及使命落实。院长直接向董事会负责。
