杨光甫牧师来自台湾。1982年来到美国，就读于德州大学建筑研究所期间信主。工作数年后蒙神呼召，全时间投入事奉，并进入 Dallas Theological Seminary 接受神学装备，于1992年获得神学硕士学位。
杨牧师曾牧养多间华人教会，包括巴尔的摩中华基督教会牧师、凤城华人基督教会主任牧师及吉城华人教会主任牧师，并曾担任中华圣经教育协会董事，积极参与华人教会与神学教育事工。
杨牧师于2023年荣休后，仍继续应邀在各地教会讲道，并透过“溪水边福音事工”服事众教会与信徒。杨牧师与师母育有三位子女，皆已成年。
Rev. Guangfu Yang is originally from Taiwan. In 1982, he came to the United States to pursue graduate studies in architecture at the University of Texas, where he became a Christian. After several years of professional work, he sensed God’s call to full-time ministry and enrolled at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he received his Master of Theology degree in 1992.
Rev. Yang has served in pastoral ministry in several Chinese churches in the United States, including the Baltimore Chinese Christian Church, Phoenix Chinese Christian Church, and Jicheng Chinese Church. He also served as a board member of the Chinese Bible Education Association, contributing to the development of Chinese Christian education.
After retiring from pastoral ministry in 2023, Rev. Yang continues to preach and serve churches by invitation and ministers through the “Streams by the Brook Gospel Ministry.” He and his wife have three grown children.

蔡丽贞博士，神学博士，现任中华福音神学院兼任教授，曾任该院第七任院长（2014–2020）。她专攻释经学与历史神学，尤其在马丁·路德神学与诠释学领域有深入研究。
蔡博士毕业于国立政治大学文学士，随后获得中华福音神学院道学硕士、亚洲浸信会神学院（香港校区）神学硕士，并于英国亚伯丁大学获得神学博士学位。
她长期致力于神学教育与教会事奉，曾在台北灵粮堂服事，也在神学院担任教授、出版社主任、研究中心主任及学术期刊主编。蔡博士著作丰富，包括《我信圣而公之教会》《谁说字句叫人死》《你在何处牧羊》等多部神学与灵修书籍，对华人教会神学思想与释经研究有重要贡献。
Dr. Li-Chen Tsai is an Adjunct Professor at China Evangelical Seminary and served as the 7th President of the seminary from 2014 to 2020. Her academic specialization is Hermeneutics and Historical Theology, with particular research interest in Martin Luther’s theology and the history of biblical interpretation.
Dr. Tsai received her B.A. from National Chengchi University, M.Div. from China Evangelical Seminary, Th.M. from Asia Baptist Theological Seminary (Hong Kong campus), and Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Aberdeen, UK.
She has devoted many years to theological education and church ministry. In addition to serving at Taipei Bread of Life Church, she has held various leadership roles at China Evangelical Seminary, including professor, director of the research center, and editor of its academic journal. Dr. Tsai is also a prolific author whose works include The Holy Catholic Church, Does the Letter Kill?, and Where Are You Shepherding?, contributing significantly to theological reflection and biblical interpretation in the Chinese church.

蘇穎智牧師畢業於美國德州休士頓大學（University of Houston），主修哲學及希臘文，以榮譽學士學位（B.A. Honors）畢業。隨後，他於美國德州西南浸信會神學院（Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary）深造，取得榮譽道學碩士學位（M.Div. Honors）；繼而於達拉斯神學院（Dallas Theological Seminary）攻讀系統神學，獲頒榮譽神學碩士學位（S.T.M. Honors）。與此同時，他亦在西南浸信會神學院完成了教牧學博士（D.Min.）學位。
蘇牧師曾是美國德州阿靈頓華人教會（Arlington Chinese Church）的創會牧師，並在該校牧會逾五年。1986年，他回港創立中國基督教播道會恩福堂。在他的領導下，教會人數由最初的百餘人增長至一萬二千人。為了培育更多平信徒領袖及傳道人，蘇牧師於2001年在教會內創辦了恩福聖經學院，並兼任院長及教授。該學院於2019年正式更名為恩福神學院。學院的多項課程已獲得亞洲神學協會（ATA）的認證，包括道學碩士、神學學士、跨文化宣教文學碩士及副學士、聖經研究文學碩士、聖經研究文學學士及副學士等。
蘇牧師的心願是將深層次的門徒訓練與神學教育推廣至世界各個角落，讓即使在沒有「牧人」帶領的地方，信徒仍能系統且全面地查考聖經真理。為此，聯宇聖經學院（ConnectAll Bible Institute, CBI）於2013年中正式成立。透過結合古今中外神學院的資源、教牧信息、各地教區總監及機構的協作，旨在全球各地興起更多能按著正意分解真理道的傳道人。
除了牧會與神學教學外，蘇牧師亦著作等身，出版了超過五十本屬靈著作，內容涵蓋佈道、查經、門徒訓練、神學及護教學。近期著作包括《基本系統神學》（2019）、《正視異端》（2020）、《危機下的信仰：希伯來書查經》（2019）、《邁向卓越 2：建立健康、合神心意教會的關鍵與策略》（2010）等。

Rev. Dr. Wing Chi Patrick So graduated from the University of Houston in Texas, USA, majoring in Philosophy and Greek, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors (B.A. Honors). He then pursued further studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas, USA, earning a Master of Divinity degree with Honors (M.Div. Honors). Subsequently, he pursued advanced studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, majoring in Systematic Theology, and received a Master of Sacred Theology degree with Honors (S.T.M. Honors). Concurrently, he also completed a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Rev. So was the founding pastor of the Arlington Chinese Church in Texas, where he pastored for over five years. In 1986, he returned to Hong Kong to plant the Evangelical Free Church of China (EFCC) Yan Fook Church. Under his leadership, the church’s attendance grew from just over 100 to 12,000 people. To build up more lay leaders and ministers, Rev. So founded the Yan Fook Bible Institute at the church in 2001, serving concurrently as its President and Professor. The Institute has renamed to Yan Fook Theological Seminary in 2019. The Seminary received accreditation from the Asia Theological Association (ATA) for its programs, including Master of Divinity, Bachelor of Theology, Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Missions, Associate of Arts in Cross-Cultural Mission, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, and Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies,
Rev. So’s heartfelt wish is for in-depth discipleship training and theological education for pasters, to reach every corner of the world, so that even in places without a “shepherd,” believers can still systematically and comprehensively understand biblical truths. To this end, ConnectAll Bible Institute (CBI) (an online theological seminary) was also established in mid-2013. Through collaborations with theological seminaries from the past and present, domestic and overseas, as well as pastoral messages, field directors, and organizations, it aims to raise up more ministers across the globe who can correctly deliver the Word of God.
Besides pastoring and teaching theology, Rev. So is the author of over fifty spiritual books. His works are primarily related to evangelism, Bible study, discipleship training, theology, and apologetics. His recent publications include Basic Christian Doctrines (2019), A Proper Response to the Heretics (2020), A Faith that is Under Crisis̶ Study of the Book of Hebrews (2019), The Way to Excellency 2̶ Keys & Strategies for a Godly Healthy Church (2010) and many others.
Rev So is now serving as the President of Yan Fook Theological Seminary and ConnectAll Bible Institute.

张玉明博士牧师现任北美灵粮神学院院长，同时担任大公园灵粮堂主任牧师。他长期致力于牧会、神学教育及教会领袖培训，在北美华人教会中有丰富的牧养与教学经验。
张牧师曾任生命河教牧领袖学院院长、台福神学院教牧博士课程主任，并曾担任爱恩台福基督教会主任牧师。此外，他也曾在神学院任教，担任台福神学院助理教授及教牧博士课程主任。
张牧师是德州普兰诺华人宣道会的创堂牧师及主任牧师（1989–2000），带领教会从无到有建立成长。
他拥有达拉斯神学院旧约研究博士（PhD）及神学硕士（ThM）学位，并曾在爱荷华州立大学获得结构工程硕士，在台湾大学取得土木工程学士。
张牧师著有多本圣经研究与神学书籍，包括：《以利亚以利沙的故事—叙事文体释经法》、《永恒的福音》以及《天道圣经注释—约书亚记》。
Rev. Dr. Joseph Chang currently serves as the President of Bread of Life Theological Seminary in North America and the Senior Pastor of Bread of Life Great Park Church in Irvine, California. He has devoted many years to pastoral ministry, theological education, and leadership training within the Chinese church in North America.
Previously, he served as President of the River of Life Pastoral Leadership Institute in Santa Clara, California, and as Assistant Professor and Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Logos Evangelical Seminary in El Monte, California.
Rev. Dr. Chang was also the Founding and Senior Pastor of Plano Chinese Alliance Church in Plano, Texas, where he served from 1989 to 2000.
He holds a PhD in Old Testament Studies and a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, an MS in Structural Engineering from Iowa State University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University.
Dr. Chang is the author of several books on biblical interpretation and theology, including The Stories of Elijah and Elisha: Narrative Hermeneutics, The Eternal Gospel, and Joshua in the Tien Dao Bible Commentary Series.

刘君健牧师（Jeff Liu）自2006年起担任坦帕华人改革宗长老会教会（TCPC）主任牧师，长期致力于牧会与教导事工。
刘牧师拥有丰富的跨领域学术背景。他在佛罗里达大学（University of Central Florida）取得课程与教学博士（Ed.D.），并在改革宗神学院（Reformed Theological Seminary）获得圣经研究硕士学位，随后在艾斯金神学院（Erskine Theological Seminary）完成相当于道学硕士（M.Div. Equivalent）的神学训练。
此外，刘牧师本科毕业于中国郑州大学，主修英美文学。其学术训练与牧会经验相结合，使他在讲道、教导及门徒训练方面具备深厚根基。
Rev. Junjian (Jeff) Liu has been serving as the Pastor of Tampa Chinese Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (TCPC) in Tampa, Florida since 2006. He has been faithfully engaged in pastoral ministry, preaching, and teaching for many years.
Rev. Liu holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Central Florida. He also earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary and completed Master of Divinity–equivalent training at Erskine Theological Seminary.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Zhengzhou University in China. With his interdisciplinary academic background and extensive ministry experience, Rev. Liu brings depth and clarity to his preaching and teaching.
